It’s clear that this company has a long history but not everything that has been around for a long time can be trusted and is worth your time. Freshforex regulation

Regulation is an important criterion for any broker you’re considering. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned trader, it’s essential that any broker you are seriously thinking about investing with is regulated so that if anything goes wrong, you are covered and can be compensated.

Unfortunately, freshforex is not regulated by the financial authority in st. Vincent and the grenadines. This alone is a serious red flag and should be the reason for you to cross freshforex off your list of possible brokers.

To get in touch with freshforex, you can either use the live chat, call, email or use the online form.

We like to see brokers with multiple communication channels and we applaud freshforex for doing this but the customer service itself is dismal. It appears freshforex opinions of you and its other clients are that you all are nothing more than a way to earn money and not actual people with lives, families, hopes, and dreams.

The freshforex team has proven itself a poor excuse for a forex broker. How it has managed to remain in business for this long is quite shocking. A simple search reveals a plethora of negative freshforex reviews from traders who have been flat out robbed of their deposits and profits by this fraud broker.

Freshforex accounts

Freshforex offers three types of accounts:

Classic

Market pro

None of these three accounts have a minimum deposit, however, freshforex does have a recommended minimum deposit, which can only be seen as a marketing ploy. Each account also uses a market execution for its order execution. There is no minimum order size nor are there any maximum total volumes. There are also market swap rollovers for each account and a 50% margin hedge and expert advisors available for each account as well.

Classic account

This account grants you access to both the MT4 and MT5 platforms. There’s a leverage o1:25 — 1:1000 which requires a margin of 0.1%. This account has fixed spreads which start from 2p with the same minimum limit and stop level. The maximum order size is 20 lots with the maximum being 100 lots. No commission is available with the exception of cfds on the investment portfolio and corporate stocks.

Market pro

This account only has the MT4 platform available. It’s recommended minimum deposit is $400 and its leverage is 1:25-1:500. Floating spreads starting from 0.9p.. There’s no minimum limit or stop level and the maximum order size is 100 lots. No commissions are available except for investment portfolios.

ECN account

MT4 and MT5 platforms are available for this account. The recommended minimum deposit is $2000 and the leverage is the same as the market pro account, 1:25-:1:500. This account has the lowest spreads which start from p and there’s no minimum limit or stop level. Trading inside the spread is also allowed. The maximum order size is 10,000 lots and commission starts at 0.003% per contract.

Freshforex bonus

One of the ways many brokers attract new clients is through the use of bonuses as well as competitions and offers. The freshforex scam is no different and has multiple offers as a way to attract new, unsuspecting clients, and retain some of their current clientele.

Disadvantages: everything is bad

Comment: freshforex advertises that they have one of the lowest spreads in the market, but it’s simply not true. Spreads can go as high as 20 pips on major pips even on normal market conditions. Recently I’ve also seen discrepancies on prices when I place orders. Swap charges are also changing often. Sls are not being hit, they’re not working.

Advantages: overall it's a good broker

Comment: this broker is good but definitely not the best. Sometimes spreads are too high, very far from what they advertise. But I have to commend their execution, fast and reliable! I haven’t experienced any requotes or slippages. Just want their support to be more responsive and proactive though. Sometimes I just feel like they’re unmotivated or lazy.

Disadvantages: bogus bonus

Comment: there are hidden terms and conditions in their bonus programs. I have made over 150 dollars using their bonus, and have achieved the required traded lots to be able to make withdrawal. But they refused my request, they said there were conditions I didn’t meet. I read the terms and conditions again but I found none of these conditions was mentioned. Such a scam.

Advantages: average broker

Disadvantages: too good to be true offerings

Comment: freshforex is an okay broker. Not great, but not bad. It offers the widely-used MT4 trading platform. When it comes to trading conditions, they offer too high leverage, 1:2000, which newbies might find attractive. But I’m telling you, don’t fall for it. Execution is good, spreads are lower but can be too pricey. They have regular promos and contests but I haven’t joined any of them.

Disadvantages: bonus program is fake, spreads are fake

Comment: freshforex’s spreads on their demo account are different from those at their real account. There’s a significant difference. Their bonus programs are also way too good to be true, to many hidden conditions to fulfill to be able to withdraw just the profits I made. Leaving this broker soon, just withdrawing all the funds left in my account.

Comment: I will advice any trader to be careful when choosing a broker to invest with by always making sure they are regulated. I invested with a broker that made withdrawal impossible and there was nothing i could do until i contacted the agent mr bart kasch who helped me recover my money. Comment: freshforex has some of the best people in their support department. Whenever I have concerns pretty much about anything, there’s always someone ready to help. My account manager from malaysia is very supportive and dependable - he really knows what he’s doing. He provides me market updates, and even shares the forex signals he’s been using since he started trading forex.

Comment: I got cheated by freshforex in 2018. During that time they were offering MQL coupons for free. So in order to get a free coupon, I just had to open an account with them, confirm my personal information in the client area and contact their customer service team. I did the latter, but I was shocked to know that I needed to deposit 400 USD to get the coupon. I told them I thought it’s free, but they told me the rule had just changed. That’s just BS. I bet they only use their FREE promotions to lure clients. Once they open a trading account, they will tell them the rules have changed and that a deposit is needed. What a scam.

Hello everyone.I wanna share my opinion about freshforex. The broker is adequate and doesn’t send me angry letters saying that they don’t like my profitable trading. I had such situation with my past broker – when I started to get profit, they asked me to change my trading strategy.

Simple, narrow spreads flouting from zero is not a joke. I have been with freshforex for now 2 months, but only recently I realized that this broker do not charge commissions on deposits!

This is one of the brokers that desires to see their clients making money on the forex market. They do so by minimizing their spreads on major currencies. I left FXCM because of their issue with the NFA. I switched to freshforex and I'm happy that I did. I started with their no deposit bonus and was able to earn profits from it.
